History meets cutting-edge tech in the immersive Audio Visual event. This large-scale installation took place in the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Deir Gachin Caravanserai, a stunning 100-meter-deep historic space. With just a single projector, I crafted an immersive visual wonderland that brought the ancient architecture to life.

What’s behind it? I used TouchDesigner software to whip up interactive visual art, pulling off some seriously tricky projection mapping. Picture this: one projector lighting up a hall over 100 meters deep, with every beam perfectly aligned to turn those old stone walls into a vibrant, dynamic landscape. It was no small feat! Then there’s the cool interactive twist—Kinect cameras tracked the audience’s movements, feeding that info back into the system in real time. So, as people wandered through, the visuals shifted and danced along with them, making the whole experience feel alive and personal.

This experimental video showcases a dynamic particle system created entirely in TouchDesigner, without the use of any external plugins. The visuals are designed to respond in real time to body movement, generating flowing particles that trace and amplify motion in a fluid and immersive way. This project explores the intersection of interactive design and digital performance, highlighting the expressive potential of real-time generative art.
